Position Summary

The Car Washer / Vehicle Detail Associate plays a key role in maintaining the elevated presentation standards our clients expect. This position is responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing customer and inventory vehicles while supporting both the Service and Sales teams in delivering a premium experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and clean the exterior of customer and inventory vehicles to luxury standards
• Vacuum and wipe down interiors as required
• Clean wheels, tires, windows, mirrors, and door jambs
• Apply tire dressing and basic interior finishing when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay and equipment
• Safely move, park, and stage vehicles on dealership property
• Perform visual inspections and report any vehicle damage immediately
• Support the detail team with light detailing tasks as assigned
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines
• Assist in meeting daily service and delivery timelines

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable driving both automatic and manual vehicles (asset)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous automotive or detailing experience is an asset but not required
