The Assistant Selling Manager plays a crucial role in sales performance and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position supports the Sales Manager in leading the sales team, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury sales, customer service, and team leadership, with a passion for delivering premium experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Sales Quotas: Engage customers, assess their needs, present vehicle options, conduct test drives, negotiate pricing, and facilitate a seamless sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist Sales Manager on New and Pre-Owned Management tasks. Provide guidance and motivation to the sales team to drive performance.
- Assist in managing daily sales operations, including inventory oversight, CRM utilization, and compliance with company policies.
- Track sales metrics, generate performance reports, and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
